The first step is to reach out to us. We've made this step as simple as possible by providing our enquiry form. These questions will help us to understand how we can best serve your needs and provide you with the best possible experience. If you would prefer, you can reach out via email.

2. Answer your questions

After contacting us, we'll get back to you within 2 business day's with answers to any questions and to correspond about the exact product and experience you are looking for. This is the most important step to ensure we can provide you with exactly what you are looking for.

3. Share your vision

Once we are clear about your product requirements, the next step is to share your vision with us. We will provide you with our design brief form to complete. The more details you provide, the better. Example images are a really great idea. Our designer will then use this brief to create your first draft design concept.

4. Design

After completing your design brief, you can expect your first design concept in your inbox within 2-5 business days. You can then provide any feedback for your initial design. We provide 2 free design revisions. After this you will receive a $150 invoice to continue as many revisions as you require (this design fee will be credited to your order). We will continue collaborating until we reach your perfect design concept. At this stage we will provide you with a quote for this design.

5. Optional Sample

Upon approval of your design, we can produce a sample product. You will receive an invoice for your sample (this sample fee will be credited to your order). Once your invoice is paid, we will then begin production. You can expect to receive your sample product at your door within 35 days of paying your sample fee. Once receiving your sample product you will notify us of approval or if any further changes are required.

6. Sizing

The next step is to provide us with your sizing information. You can do this either by using our sizing guide to take measurements or by using our sizing kit. You will receive a sizing spreadsheet in your inbox where you can record your athletes' sizes. We recommend completing this step in advance so that your order can be placed immediately upon design approval.

7. Order

Once you have entered all athlete sizes into your spreadsheet, you will email your sizing spreadsheet back to us. Within 24 hours of receiving your sizing spreadsheet, we will provide you with a final order summary for approval. Lastly, you will receive your full invoice with a 50% deposit payment required to place your order.

8. Production & Shipping

Upon receiving your final order summary approval and your 50% deposit payment, your order will go into production. Once your order has been produced and your invoice paid in full, your order will be packaged for shipping. You can expect your order production and shipping to take no more than 35-40 days.
